Terms of Use ยท draft 0.1
Draft. Not reviewed by a lawyer yet. The operator's name, its country and state, the liability cap and the dispute rules are marked [to fill in] and must be completed before this site goes live.
1. What the service is
4cash lets anyone launch a pump.fun coin for a 4chan tripcode or thread, holds that coin's creator fees, and pays them to the poster once they prove who they are. It does not run pump.fun, 4chan or any market, does not hold your personal wallet, and does not give financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Who runs it
[to fill in: the operator's legal name and where it is registered].
3. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to anyone who launches a coin, claims fees, opts out or otherwise uses the site. Being named by a coin is not agreeing to anything, and neither is receiving a payment you didn't ask for.
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, able to make a binding agreement, and not barred by sanctions laws. Don't use the site where using it is against the law.
5. If a coin names you
A coin naming your tripcode or thread doesn't mean you agreed to it or endorse it, and you don't have to take part. You can claim the fees by proving it's you with a 4chan post, or opt out (section 11).
6. If you launch a coin
You are responsible for your coin and for it being lawful. By launching you promise that: you have the right to everything you upload; the coin's name, image and description don't break the law or anyone's rights; you are not sanctioned; you name the poster in good faith; what you give us is accurate; and you don't claim or suggest that the coin is official, endorsed, or connected to 4chan or the poster. Launching through the site isn't an endorsement of your coin or a promise that it will collect any fees.
7. Fees and the split
Each coin's creator fees are split 65% to the poster, 10% to the treasury and 25% to buying back and burning $4CASH; a launcher reward of 0% comes out of the poster's part. Fees held for a poster are held in a wallet the site controls until the poster's share locks on pump.fun, 24 hours after they are verified; after that, pump.fun pays each part directly. Fees that go to the treasury belong to the operator.
8. Claims and unclaimed fees
A poster has 14 days from a coin's launch to claim it. A thread's starter must prove it while the thread is up, and fees of a thread nobody claimed go to the treasury 24 hours after the thread is archived. Unclaimed fees go 100% to the treasury. Payouts are made automatically once at least 0.01 SOL is waiting.
9. What's not allowed
Money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, harassment, posting someone's private information, infringing anyone's rights, and getting around an opt-out or removal. The rules list examples.
10. What we may do
We may refuse a launch, hide or delist a coin, or delay or hold a payout, in good faith, when the law or a court requires it, when a third party's rights require it, or when these terms are broken.
11. Removal and opting out
A poster can opt out at once by proving it's them with a 4chan post. Anyone can also ask for removal from the poster's page; we aim to act within 7 days. Payouts already made and records on the blockchain can't be undone, and coins on pump.fun can't be deleted.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. We don't give tax advice and don't issue tax forms, but may ask for information or hold a payment where the law requires.
13. Names and marks
The site's name, design and content belong to the operator. Other names, art and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. The site is not affiliated with 4chan or pump.fun.
14. No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise that a claim will succeed, that a payout will settle, or that the site, 4chan's API or Solana will be up.
15. Limit of liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to [to fill in].
16. You cover us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your coin, your use of a poster's tripcode or thread, or your breaking these terms or the law, you cover our costs.
17. Disputes and the law that applies
[to fill in: how disputes are handled, and which law applies].
18. Changes
Every change shows a new version number and says what changed. A change never rewrites balances or payouts that already happened.
19. Contact
[to fill in: an email address for legal notices and removal requests].
